The Secret of Our Success

The extremely successful internal training and promotional structure attracts degree holders and entrepreneurs with sales and marketing ambitions to join New York Business Partners' team. The most attractive aspect of NYBP is the opportunity to advance quickly through the ranks into management.

In addition to manifesting a talent for leadership, positions with New York Business Partners allow for travel all over the country, and opportunities to work with prestigious Fortune 500 companies. In times of economic and financial uncertainty, New York Business Partners has managed to not only retain clients, but continues to drive business forward. How can this be possible?

The secret to our success is our systematic and unique approach to training and teaching. Our "entrepreneur-in-training" program allows employees to think like business owners, solve problems, and cultivate their own success.

The first stage begins with sales training. In this initial stage the representatives improve their face-to-face selling skills, customer approach, work ethic, interfacing with customers and clients, and entry-level sales and marketing techniques.

The second stage is Leadership Training, where participants take on a leadership role; they learn how to build a relationship with their team and how to effectively manage others.

The last step is Management Training which reps learn how to run the day-to-day operations of a busy sales and marketing office.

I want to know, what do YOU do to maintain success?

According to author Jeffrey Gitomer, the secret to success is....that there are no secrets! Success comes from hard work and discipline.  Gitomer recommends consistent application of a few basic principles that aren’t hard or complicated.  Here is his list on how to cultivate success in life:

1- Read: Everyday, read few pages about personal development and inspirational topics.

2- Capture and collect thoughts and ideas: After a while, you will create your own ideas and  you’ll become an expert on your personal success.

3- Write: Write everything down. This clarifies your ideas and helps to generate new ones.

4- Speak: Practice group speech. When you learn to present to a group, selling one on one becomes a piece of cake.

5- Position to win with “Value first”: position yourself to be seen and read as a person of value.

6-Strive to master: To be a master, you have to practice daily.

7- Love it: Wake up in the morning, and be excited about that day.

8- Remember: It’s not just one element. You have to believe in what you’re doing. Once you believe in it, once you love it, it’s not work anymore – it’s the most fun thing you can do.

9- Work hard: You can never stop getting better.

New York Business Partners Kicks Off 2011 with a Promotion

New York Business Partners celebrated another milestone last week with the promotion of Abe Kiryako to Assistant Manager. Abe began working with New York Business Partners in 2010 and was promoted to Corporate Trainer shortly thereafter. While building and mentoring a team of people, Abe has consistently surpassed client expectations in sales and customer retention.

In addition to his new title, Abe received a trophy from his manager, Antoine Bell. After thanking team members and mentors at NYBP in a short speech, Abe compared his work to bridge building.
“Everybody has to build their own bridge,” he said, “once it’s finished, we cross over the others' bridges to go on our path, this is what happen in our organization: we develop others and ourselves at the same time.”
Abe credited the training he received with NYBP as a significant factor in his success. Our training system develops people personally and professionally. Team leaders receive individualized attention to cultivate their training and leadership skills. This knowledge is then passed on to their teams.

At New York Business Partners, our business is people. Whether it’s clients, customers, or our own team. Everything comes down to the relationships we’re able to cultivate and successfully maintain.
“The relationships we build go far beyond sales,” says Rafael Diaz, CEO of NYBP, “that’s why our clients continue to work with us. One of our reps Dara was recently called ‘the best sales rep in the country,’ by one of her customers. A face to face approach enables our people and our business to grow.”
