I want to know, what do YOU do to maintain success?

According to author Jeffrey Gitomer, the secret to success is....that there are no secrets! Success comes from hard work and discipline.  Gitomer recommends consistent application of a few basic principles that aren’t hard or complicated.  Here is his list on how to cultivate success in life:

- Read: Everyday, read few pages about personal development and inspirational topics.

- Capture and collect thoughts and ideas: After a while, you will create your own ideas and  you’ll become an expert on your personal success.

- Write: Write everything down. This clarifies your ideas and helps to generate new ones.

- Speak: Practice group speech. When you learn to present to a group, selling one on one becomes a piece of cake.

- Position to win with “Value first”: position yourself to be seen and read as a person of value.

-Strive to master: To be a master, you have to practice daily.

- Love it: Wake up in the morning, and be excited about that day.

- Remember: It’s not just one element. You have to believe in what you’re doing. Once you believe in it, once you love it, it’s not work anymore – it’s the most fun thing you can do.

- Work hard: You can never stop getting better.
